Need help with Plate? You're in the right place.
Email stasonvk@gmail.com and we'll get back to you, usually within 1–2 business days.
To help us solve your problem faster, please include:
Open the Today tab and tap Log food. You can either take a photo of your plate or type in what you ate. For photo estimates, place your hand next to the plate — Plate uses it as a ruler to judge portion size.
Your palm and finger measurements let Plate estimate portion sizes from a photo without a kitchen scale. Accuracy is roughly ±15%. You can update the measurements any time in Settings.
Plate generates a personal weekly menu for you. You can view, regenerate or change any day in the Week tab. If a day is empty, tap Generate plan on the Today tab.
Photo estimates are approximations, not measurements. Tap the entry to edit it, or add the meal manually with your own numbers. Better lighting and keeping your hand fully in frame both improve accuracy.
Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play, not by us. Open Settings → Manage subscription in the app, or manage it directly in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Open Settings → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple or Google account you used to subscribe.
Open Settings → Language. For right-to-left languages such as Hebrew, fully close and reopen the app so the layout direction updates.
